Let me take you to one of my favorite Italian food and that is a lovely pasta it's a generally simple dish, but comes in many varieties due to its versatility. I think it's in everyone's top 5 am I right??? Grab some milk, some shrimps and pasta. Today I decided to make a creamy shrimp scampi pasta, this is rich without being heavy, creamy without being fattening and filling without being too much.

I make toast every other day in some form or other. It's one of my favourite quick and easy lunches or snacks. It's hard to beat the warm and crunchy experience that toast provides . Plus the flavour possibilities are endless! You can load on the toppings as much as you please and if it ever gets out of control you can always eat it with a knife and fork.

This is one of my go to recipes because it only requires a pan. And it's basically hands- off. How could you not love a juicy chicken breast, garlic, spices and olive oil. It goes very well with a salad, is a light meal and full of proteins. It's also a low fat meal. You can combine this with some brown rice.
