This is one of my go to recipes because it only requires a pan. And it's basically hands- off. How could you not love a juicy chicken breast, garlic, spices and olive oil. It goes very well with a salad, is a light meal and full of proteins. It's also a low fat meal. You can combine this with some brown rice.
